American Warehousing Systems, Inc. (AWS) was founded in 1961 by Wendell Thornton. AWS is located in Goldsboro, North Carolina.  This strategic location positions AWS to be within one day of surface transportation for a significant portion of the United States.  The facilities are conveniently located near the intersections of Highways 70 and 117.  The company operates six state-of-the-art facilities, totaling 135,000 square feet, dedicated to the warehousing, inventory management and control of specialized products primarily supporting the agriculture industry.
